Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Important: We do not provide refunds in cases where customers refuse to pay customs duties. This policy exists because our company incurs expenses related to abandoned shipments and/or return logistics. When making an international purchase, customers acknowledge their responsibility for paying any import taxes and duties required by their country's customs authorities.
